Banana Split Pie

 This Is My Aunt's Recipe! A Favorite of Mine! 3 Cup Cold Milk 1 Box Vanilla Pudding 1 8 Oz. Can Crushed Pineapple 1 Cup Strawberries 1 8 Oz. Cool Whip 2 Medium Banana Cup 2 Oz. Hot Fudge Whisk Milk & Pudding.  Stir In Pineapples, Strawberries.  Cut Bananas & Combine Fruit In Vanilla Pudding In Bowl.  Stir In Whip Cream Folding it Into the Vanilla Pudding. Apply to Grahm Cracker Crust Pie Shell.  Spray Canned Whip Cream Over Top and Add Marachino Cherries!.

Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken

 Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken has the most amazing creamy garlic sauce w\ Spinach & Sun dried tomatoes.  This meal is a restaurant quality meal Ready in 30 min.! Ingredients 1 1/2 Lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Thinly Sliced 2Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Cup Heavy Dairy  Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese 1 Cup Spinach Chopped 1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes In A Large Skillet Add Olive Oil Cook For 3-5 Minutes On Each Side.  Cook Until No Longer Pink On  Inside.  Remove Chicken. Set Aside Add Heavy Cream, Chicken Broth, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning & Parmesan Cheese Together. Whisk Over Medium High On Stovetop In A Skillet Until It Starts To Thicken.  Add Spinach & Sun Dried Tomatoes And Let It Simmer Until Spinach Starts To Wilt.  Add Chicken Back to the Pan And Serve Over Pasta If Desired.   If You Like It Serve It Over Pasta & Enjoy It Saucy!!!

El Tapatios Restaurant

I just wanted to take a little time to brag on some local friends!! My friend and I went to El tapatios and I got a Pineapple fajita!!! That meal was so scrumptious I considered it the best meal I ever ate! It had shrimp, steak and chicken inside a Pineapple. 🍍 They told me that that is how they eat it in different places in the World!!! So here it is!! Bring them some business if you can! I used to work in their building when I was younger and I loved full-house! They have half price margaritas on Monday!!! 

Grandma's Sage Vegetable Soup

 2 Bay Leaves  1 large can of stewed tomatoes 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables 3-4 potatoes cut up into several pieces Roasted Garlic  Garlic Salt Seasoned Salt Pepper Pinch of Sea Salt to enhance these flavors 2 lbs of James Dean Sage Sausage browned separately and then added 2 cups water 1 can diced tomatoes Combine and boil until a finished vegetable soup

Baked Asparagus

 For a Healthy Meal  1 bundle of Asparagus Tear apart and wash Lay Down on metal baking pan Drizzle with Olive Oil Add Sea Salt fairly vigorously Bake for 7-15 minutes. Serve

Rich and Charlie's Salad

 Fan of Salad's Like Me? Here is 1 of my favorites,... 1 bag of Romaine Lettuce 1 head of Ice burg Lettuce Tear into salad pieces of Salad and fill Salad bowl Wash Well and drain well 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar 1/3 cup Olive Oil 1/3 cup Parmesan -Mix these and drizzle over  Small jar of Pimientos 1 jar of artichoke hearts Black Olives 1 Purple Onion Combine everything and drizzle dressing over after chilling!

Homemade Shepherd's Pie

 Yo!  Ok So you can totally use Instant Mashed Potatoes as a Shortcut to this! #1) 3 cups Mashed potato flakes 2-cups Water added Cook in the Microwave add butter or milk to taste Add slight Sea Salt #2)  Brown and Fry some Lean Hamburger and drain from the oil Add Garlic  Cloves or Season Salt and Sea Salt as you are frying it #3) Microwave 2-cups Large Mixed Vegetables of any kind Cook it and add Olive oil and Sea Salt Once the Instant or Homemade Mashed Potatoes are Cooked get a Casserole dish and layer it in there and press it down. 1st add the mashed potatoes, then add the browned well-cooked hamburger with roasted garlic and a bit of Sea Salt as needed to taste, thirdly, after that add vegetables as the top portion to the 3rd layer.  #4) Drizzle oil and Sea Salt over it and cover with mashed potatoes.  You can either do a strict layer or you can just work the layers in because it is a casserole After adding the vegetables re-cover the vegetables with ...
