El Tapatios Restaurant



I just wanted to take a little time to brag on some local friends!! My friend and I went to El tapatios and I got a Pineapple fajita!!! That meal was so scrumptious I considered it the best meal I ever ate! It had shrimp, steak and chicken inside a Pineapple. 🍍 They told me that that is how they eat it in different places in the World!!! So here it is!!
Bring them some business if you can! I used to work in their building when I was younger and I loved full-house! They have half price margaritas on Monday!!!

 Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken has the most amazing creamy garlic sauce w\ Spinach & Sun dried tomatoes.  This meal is a restaurant quality meal Ready in 30 min.! Ingredients 1 1/2 Lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Thinly Sliced 2Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Cup Heavy Dairy  Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese 1 Cup Spinach Chopped 1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes In A Large Skillet Add Olive Oil Cook For 3-5 Minutes On Each Side.  Cook Until No Longer Pink On  Inside.  Remove Chicken. Set Aside Add Heavy Cream, Chicken Broth, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning & Parmesan Cheese Together. Whisk Over Medium High On Stovetop In A Skillet Until It Starts To Thicken.  Add Spinach & Sun Dried Tomatoes And Let It Simmer Until Spinach Starts To Wilt.  Add Chicken Back to the Pan And Serve Over Pasta If Desired.   If You Like It Serve It Over Pasta & Enjoy It Saucy!!!

Grandma's Sage Vegetable Soup

 2 Bay Leaves  1 large can of stewed tomatoes 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables 3-4 potatoes cut up into several pieces Roasted Garlic  Garlic Salt Seasoned Salt Pepper Pinch of Sea Salt to enhance these flavors 2 lbs of James Dean Sage Sausage browned separately and then added 2 cups water 1 can diced tomatoes Combine and boil until a finished vegetable soup

Crock Pot Green Beans, Sausage & potatoes

 2 cans green beans Cooked sausage or hamburger flavored to likeness For hamburger: 2 tspns Cajun 2 tspns Garlic 2 tspns Season salt For Sausage: Preferred breakfast sausage flavor 3 potatoes 1 small package of either flavored or plain sausage. Or.. 1 small package of hamburger  Pay attention to how much salt. You can use hamburger with the seasoning or you can just buy sausage for instance flavored with sage. 1)Fry hamburger or sausage with preferred flavoring. 2) add cut up raw potatoes in portion 3) add 2 cans green beans or more if desired Cook anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on schedule.
