Looking for a Summer Favorite Recipe? Try this!

Summer is full of festivals!! Try this particular festival treat! I used to make this at a company I worked for! It's called Blue Moon Street Corn. You can look it up on their website. This is my favorite version- 2-4 corn cobs for family serving 2 blue moon beers or basic beer whatever you have in the fridge Contija cheese or parmesan cheese McCormicks Garlic and herb chicken Paprika Garlic salt Pour 1 blue moon or basic other beer into a gallon ziploc bag Add 3-4 tablespoons Mayonaise Add some desired seasoning. Add 2 corn cobs to the gallon ziploc bag that you just made with beer, mayonaise and slight seasoning Let soak for 35 min Repeat for next 2 in second ziloc gallon bag and repeat steps with 2 corn cobs, 1 beer and 3 tbsp mayo Take out after 30 min and put all 4 onto metal baking pan Stick out on the grill on/in tinfoil (kinda risky) or broil in convection oven about 15 min each side and brush with mayonaise and beer to keep moist or pour over whichever is easier Put back in oven Should only be 10-15 min on each side broiled in convection oven 30-45 min in toaster oven Maybe 15-20 estimation for grill Once corn is cooked and moist but still bursting with flavor and tender but not overcooked add Parmesan, Paprika and McCormick's Garlic and Herb chicked and just a hint of garlic salt Add a lime to side or a pinch of lemon Serve with chicken or other griller ideas! Never cook vegetables and chicken together bc of salmonella poisoning
