Probiotic Protein Smoothie
This smoothie will be good for your digestive system and also help you maintain muscle as you exercise!
Necessities:
1 container greek yogurt
1 carton soy milk or protein milk
1 handful or 1 cup for larger blenders of black berries or blueberries whichever you prefer
Ice
Blend together 1 hanful or 1 cup of berries
Soy milk or protein milk to brim of bullet blender or to desired amount in larger blender
Add Ice for the right chill to cool down your body before or after exercise. You should exercise 15-45 minutes with this!
